La baba 2.2

No escuché completa la «conferencia de prensa» de Regina Torne porque me enferma que se le de espacio a la promoción de la impunidad (no así con la estupidez, esa entretiene y no indigna) pero algunas partes que logre captar fueron francamente un asco. Y, peor que un asesino solo el que además de matar no muestra remordimientos.

La señora comienza diciendo que se le respete (¿cómo lo que es?, ¿la madre de una asesina?) y continua diciendo que en su gran carrera no ha hecho escándalos. Señora, lamento ser yo quien se lo informe pero esto ES un escandalo, y me viene a la mente aquella ocasión que el TV Notas (O Teleguia o lo que sea) publicaba sus fotos lesbicas de su juventud en teatro.
En fin, que la señora dice que el abogado busca fama no le da linea, pero minutos después le pregunta: «¿Puedo decir…?».

Después la maravilla de las contradicciones, que si su hija no tomaba ni fumaba, era muy dulce, le gustaba el sadomasoquismo, el señor casado con el que andaba ya le había dado el anillo a su hija, ella no se oponía, su hija sufría maltrato, ella notaba mal a su hija muy cambiada pero no le dijo nada pues su hija es adulta, el señor casado la controlaba y hasta que nivel que su hija dice que el no tiene nada que ver, el chofer le iba a hacer daño a sus nietos, el señor casado era guapo, su hija es inocente.

Luego el abogado en entrevista, que el chofer tuvo la culpa, el fue el asesino, y Origel pregunta «¿El chofer que tenia que ver con este triángulo amoroso?, ¿Cuál fue el móvil?, el abogado estrella dice «Eso yo no se, yo solo se lo que ella me ha dicho».

Me queda claro que la señora no es una gran actriz, por eso sera que renta cuartos en una cuidad perdida y su hija se inicio en el negocio de los taxis que porque el señor casado le regalo uno, lo peor no es la mente en blanco, lo terrible es su falta de escrúpulos que seguro le heredo a su hijita.

Pero tal vez aun mas escalofriante es que la señora piensa que ella es una víctima, que los familiares de asesinados y asesinos son iguales, su mente no le sabe preguntar, «¿Por qué?».

Haciendo excepciones

Ayer buscando y fallando en encontrar algo de «El Pason» vi esto que me dio mucha risa al leer los subtítulos sobre un experimento hecho por un equipo de investigadores extranjeros.
No es común que yo ponga entradas de asuntos ajenos y no estoy de acuerdo con el «hotlinking» pero ahí va.

¡Ahi viene el lobo!

El babas de Bill Gates (si, babas, el no inventó ni creo nada, su falta de escrúpulos es su único y gran don) dijo que en 10 años se va a acabar la piratería.

Al menos que lo haya dicho queriendo más bien decir que en 10 años no habrá más productos exclusivos que piratear creo que esta haciendo un esfuerzo (muy guarro) por tratar de que la gente se suba al tren de «Dicen que ya no hay piratería por lo tanto debe ser cierto», aunque claro, juzga todo a partir de su poca inteligencia, la mayoría de la gente tiene mas cerebro que el.

Sus declaraciones son tan cómicas como las creencias de los 60’s, 70’s y 90’s que decían en 10 años los autos van a volar, en los 70’s que las guerras se iban a acabar y en los 80’s que la pobreza seria historia.
Que vergüenza.

Padres del crimen

Me sorprende un poco que El Universal no reporte lo sucedido ayer con la hija de una actriz que es sospechosa de homicidio. Pero, lo que mas debería sorprenderme es como las personas defienden a sus familiares y amigos de lo que no tiene justificación.
¿Es ser un buen padre defender a un homicida?, ó, ¿es lo correcto enseñar a los hijos a asumir las consecuencias de sus actos?.
Los padres tienen un trabajo difícil, educar y ser juzgados por la educación que dan a sus hijos. Es común que las personas con que se relacionan (ambos) ofrezcan comentarios del tipo de «No debes hacer eso con tu hijo, Las cosas no son asi, Lo estas echando a perder, etc.» pero, ¿Como saben ellos que es lo correcto?.
Intuyo que no depende tanto de como educar bien o mal a los hijos sino como enseñarles a vivir en el mundo de manera armoniosa, habrá padres que piensen que armoíia es enseñar a los hijos a vivir de una manera fácil o frívola, pero si funciona y no hace mal a nadie, ¿
es eso un problema?. Sin embargo, enseñar a los hijos que pueden matar y que aun así serán defendidos me parece no solo un error sino una tragedia.
Decían que la actriz madre de la presunta homicida seguramente estaba muy afectada, ¿por qué?, si es por haber engendrado un monstruo lo comprendo, si es por imaginar que esta viviendo una tragedia no voy a entenderlo.
Y no voy a criticar el instinto materno, pero estamos hablando de seres humanos, la razón debe prevalecer.

Saramago’s “Blindness”

Whomever is interested in what I’m talking about surely knows about this book. Personally I hated the translation that left the title being only “Blindness” instead of “Essay on blindness» how I think was intended, but most people are possibly less likely to take merit away from it just because of that, unlike me.
This will contain spoilers (another term I find inappropriate), if you haven’t read the book don’t click on the following.
It was a long search on forums about what this blindness could be, hearing all sorts of silly assumptions as to what religion had to do with it, my own theory didn’t satisfy me either so I was lost and unable to understand what many said was “so obvious».
My questions were, why did the wife remain able to see and why were all the religious figures at the church blind. I read theories on a book review forum (google it if you, my dear readers, are curious) that the wife was a good woman and willing to help the husband, which gave her merit, and that was the single theory, with dif
ferent words, that seems to exist on the internet about it. My thoughts?, I agree, we can think old people or children shouldn’t have been infected by this blindness then, but as most of us know even kids have problems with being good humans these days.
My other question, Why were the religious figures with their eyes covered?, theories were broad about this one. Some said that because we’re made as a reflection of God then if we’re blind He is too, others said the figures were representing the characters (which I found quite poor and pathetic) and the minority seemed to believe God was blind and fed up with humanity so decided to close his eyes in an attempt to run away from the embarrassment.
But it was only after I read a page on a Christian speech that I found an answer that seemed to go well with all the information we are given on the book.
All saints before being so, all religious figures before being prayed to, were humans like us, they sinned, they suffered, they had the feelings we have all felt, but we pray to them because at some point in their lives they did something so extraordinary that changed or touched another person’s (or many) life forever. Which can remind us that we all have that same ability inside us.
And if I apply that to the ophthalmologist’s wife, how her feelings were never of selfishness, how she did everything for the well-being of the rest, her ego never got out of hand, she did things for herself and had moment of weakness but her actions stopped the illness from growing inside her.

Finally I just want to express my admiration for Saramago, “Blindness” is written magnificently and the shock I got from not being blind was immense.

Shine like stars

This angers me, all I want to know is the lyrics to «Shine like stars» and it’s been years that all I get when I search for them is:
«We have been asked by Cranes not to post the lyrics of songs exclusively published in the official lyrics book Til the Stars Shine by Alison Shaw, to be fair to those who have purchased a copy. We are honoring their request and would highly recommend obtaining the lyrics book, available via online mail order at Cranes Fan Forum.»
The book they refer to is no longer available and out of print, and I guess they are just making sure they can get the last cent for those lyrics in the present and future, it’s a good business after all since they are hard to understand in more than one way, why give them away for free to people?, the composer had to think about them and that costs money, inspiration doesn’t just fall from the sky, or the stars, right?, right!?.
It’s just a shame I can’t get a copy of that book, what I wouldn’t pay to get it, transcript the lyrics and post them all over the internet.

Why some people hate Angelina Jolie.

It’s interesting to see how far gossip can get, we know gossip is an essential (essential, I did say that) part of society, but it can still be surprising the roads it takes, to where they lead and what those things say about a person.

Turns out a simple “couple gets divorced/guy marries again” event started a wave of assumptions, judgements and fights between people who say it’s okay if an actor gets divorced and gets married again and those who feel sorry for the woman that same actor divorced.

I don’t think I need to go over de details, the info is available all over the world, who Angelina Jolie is, who Brad Pitt is and how things are with them now. But fewer people know who de dumped woman was, in my opinion she’s some horse face local actress that got very famous thanks to a sitcom in the USA. And that last bit is where I think the problem is and why some people took this gossip as something family related.

The woman Brad Pitt divorced was seen for years as a “fairy tale” princess, she wasn’t pretty, she wasn’t anything special, but she was USA’s cute and simple girl, because in a girl it’s important to be that way so you can marry a good looking guy. The dream was over for her and thousands of others when a real good looking woman appeared who is also genuinely concerned about de well-being of herself and others, her biggest priority is not to look good for her husband but to use her looks and money to make changes, we have a woman who is not afraid of talking, who won’t say what’s expected and who won’t be with somebody unless she wants to. Scary?, of course! Why would Jennifer Aniston want to give a close look at a woman that adopts a baby with HIV when she doesn’t want to have a baby because she’ll have to quit smoking?.

It’s the lifetime story of millions of females all over the world “Somebody will steal my husband/That girl over there is prettier than me therefore better/If I speak my mind people won’t like me” and often fail to realise that other people makes little difference to their issues as the problem is not the rest of the world.
It’s quite easy to see who calls Jennifer Aniston (the ex wife) a victim of two very evil people (Angelina and Brad), and I even dare to say they all have at least one thing in common, that is being unhappy with who they are.

De los arrepentidos se sirve Dios

Y por eso mismo es que estoy de vuelta, ¿para completar esos 365 escritos?, no lo se, pero nuevamente intentare darle actualidad a esta humilde bitácora.

Comienzo con un tema maravilloso, los “Realities” de TV Azteca y Televisa.
Si, ya había notado que dije mi siguiente escrito (antes de claudicar) sería sobre el sistema de salud en el Reino Unido, y también he notado que mis temas han ido de mucha política a los temas superficiales, ni modo, la vida cambia.

Entonces así comienzo con que el programa de Azteca es un asco y una patada del ya ahogado y que el de Televisa es una humillación.

Donde no hay dignidad no hay sentimiento de sentirse humillado. Bisogno no es un conductor, es un comediante, esta pasando por un mal momento en su vida y para colmo el programa que promueve es un desastre carente de talento, creatividad e imaginación, pero Erasmo no puede decir “Tu dijiste que parecía de la mara salvatrucha y ahora tengo que trabajar contigo, ¡pues no!”, ah, la miseria.

Pero de Televisa no es necesario decir mucho, solo que mandan pedir limosna a cantantes como Jose Jose para dar caridad.

Yo vería mejor “47 Segundos” por las noches, pero ese maldito grito “¡47 Ya!” despierta mis instintos homicidas.
